You will need the following.

  • 1 package of Mixed Media Pennants
  • Scrapbook paper of you choice.
  • Flowers that you love Modge Podge
  • Scissors
  • Sanding Block
  • Vintage Ink
  • Jute String
  • Hole punch

Cut out the scrapbook paper just a little bit bigger then each pennant.

Then use Modge Podge to glue each paper to the pennant.

Use something flat like a ruler or credit card to smooth out the paper and make sure all the edges are down secure.

Take a sanding block and lightly sand the edges of each one. Sanding down and away from the paper. It leaves it smooth and bonded where it won’t come apart.

Then take ink and apply to the edges to give it a finished distressed look.

Punch holes in the pennant and string the jute through the holes.

Space the pennants out the way you like and add a dab of glue to the back side of each pennant where the jute is to keep it from moving.

Hot glue your flower to each of the pennants to compete and then hang up!
